The short film by AURA Pictures is taking part in the 17th edition of the Cinema on the Bayou festival, an appointment with the best international independent cinema in Louisiana (USA).
From 26 January to 2 February, the city of Lafayette (Louisiana, USA) hosted the Cinema on the Bayou Film Festival, which each year "presents nationally and internationally acclaimed narrative fiction, documentary, animated, and experimental films and filmmakers with truly original voices".
On this occasion, the acclaimed short film FAITH participated alongside 200 other films from around the world in an event that offered both in-person and remote screenings. The organisation was supported by sponsors such as TV5MONDE.
The premiere of FAITH at the Cinema on the Bayou Film Festival adds to the list of participations of this work that in 2021 has already passed through the Sitges Film Festival -where its world premiere took place-, the Buffalo International Film Festival in New York -which hosted its US premiere- and the Sydney Science Fiction Film Festival -which awarded two nominations for Best Actress for Irene Fernández and Best Director for Carol Butrón.
