The AURA Pictures short film premieres in France with the Special Jury Mention during an event held at the spectacular Grand Rex, the biggest cinema in Europe
The Film Fest Fantasy took place in Grand Rex Theatre (Paris) from Friday June 10th to Sunday June 12th 2022 and included a selection of works of various genres (Fantasy, erotism, science-fiction, horror, drama, etc.). The event was an opportunity for filmmakers from all over the world to let their imaginations shine.
The Jury dedicated these nice words to FAITH: “Faith is a very delicate, feminine touched shortfilm. We enjoyed very much the liberty of the tone and its writing. It represents something we enjoyed very much about the variations in fantasy because we never know which part of reality we are in… Are we on the young girl's story? Are we part of the older girl? We never quite know that and it enables the audience to be free. This film allows you to develop your own opinion about it, which is great”.
Finally we couldn't be there this time, but we are very grateful for this recognition. “They really understood the essence of our story. We are very happy that they enjoyed the film that took three years of work to achieve excellence in all departments”, said Carol Butrón, the director of FAITH.
FAITH obtiene la Mención Especial del Jurado en el Film Fest Fantasy de París
El cortometraje de AURA Pictures se estrena en Francia con la Mención Especial del Jurado durante un evento celebrado en el espectacular teatro Grand Rex, el mayor cine de Europa
El Film Fest Fantasy tuvo lugar en el Teatro Grand Rex (París) desde el viernes 10 de junio hasta el domingo 12 de junio de 2022 y contó con una selección de obras de diversos géneros (fantasía, erotismo, ciencia-ficción, terror, drama, etc.). El evento fue una oportunidad para que cineastas de todo el mundo dejaran volar su imaginación.
El Jurado dedicó estas bonitas palabras a FAITH: "Faith es un cortometraje muy delicado y con un toque femenino. Hemos disfrutado con la libertad del tono y su escritura. Representa algo que nos ha gustado sobre las variaciones de la fantasía: nunca sabemos en qué parte de la realidad estamos cuando vemos esta película... ¿Estamos en la historia de la chica joven? ¿Somos parte de la historia de la chica mayor? Nunca sabemos todo y eso permite al público ser libre. La película te permite desarrollar tu propia opinión sobre ella, lo cual es genial".
Finalmente no pudimos estar allí, pero nos sentimos muy agradecidos por este reconocimiento. "Realmente han entendido la esencia de nuestra historia. Estamos muy contentos de que hayan disfrutado de la película que ha costado tres años de trabajo para conseguir la excelencia en todos los departamentos", ha dicho Carol Butrón, la directora de FAITH.
